1) Building and nurturing positive relationships with others who share common passions and who make you feel understood can significantly enhance individuals' willingness and ability to embrace change and pursue personal growth. These factors increase resilience.

The WHY

Why do 8 categories of wellbeing exist and how do they relate to being adventurous?

Good physical health enhances endurance, strength, and flexibility, allowing for safer and more enjoyable experiences. Additionally, maintaining physical health reduces the risk of injuries and supports quicker recovery, enabling adventurers to continue exploring with confidence.
