Pronouns: she/her/hers

Sarah Morrison, DPT

I’m Dr. Sarah and I help busy, multi-passionate, multi-dimensional adventurers to create rebellious Whole Person Success, Wealth, Health & Freedom their own way 5x faster with 10x the unshakable chill, and so much more free time they may have to take up a new adrenaline-pumping hobby - even with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, burnout, chronic illness/pain, or in recovery.

After recovering from years of extreme burnout, an eating disorder, mystery illness, and anxiety, I was left feeling limited by traditional talk therapy, mindset, and healing modalities. So I took my years of experience working in physical therapy, integrative health, elite sports, military Ranger training, and addiction recovery to create my signature Break the Mold Method for accelerated low-maintenance, soul-aligned, high cash flow, rule-breaking, impact-driven success, healing, and freedom as a whole person.

By combining Somatic Nervous System Recalibration, the Flow State Cycle, Ikigai Purpose, Quantum Mindset, and Rebellious Community, I coach and mentor unconventional, visionary humans across the world to create dream lives that naturally sustain and feed their greatest goals in every area of life without limits. Whatever your past experience and whatever success means to you - You make sense, and it is an honor for me to empower you with the tools, framework, and confidence to fuel your mold-breaking adventures, career, healing, and thriving life.

When not doing high impact 1:1 mentorship or leading group programs on Flow State Performance or 6+ figure entrepreneurship, you can find me leading an Anti-Retreat through my nonprofit,  hiking or on the water with my fur-child Juniper (nick-named The Healing Hippo by my clients), chilling at a soundbath with friends, nerding out with a good book/podcast, or probably brainstorming the next epic way I can help my community spread ripples of impact and adventure far and wide.

Adventure Achievements:

  • Leading my Anti-Retreats for the most amazing humans!

  • Hiking The Great Walks of New Zealand.

How do you find balance between spontaneity and careful planning in your adventures?

I am all about the Flexible Gameplan. Know the top priorities and have enough info that you don’t get killed and have the freedom to be able to make changes based on how you feel and on what comes up outside you.

How do you cultivate resilience and adaptability in your adventurous pursuits?

Ahhh this is MY JAM!! Somatic Nervous System Recalibration & Flow State are the game changers. That’s where the limitless expansion happens and the relentless chill under all conditions grows.

Can you share a memorable encounter with wildlife during one of your adventures?

Hmm I was almost attacked by a rabid chipmunk in Washington DC… But also when on safari, a ginormous male lion, who looked like he’d fought hard for that king spot, decided to lean up against our jeep with his head so close I could’ve reached out to pet him. He was both badass and stinky.

What aspect of your adventure experience brings you the most pride?

First, that I choose over and over again to step outside my comfort zone in so many aspects of life when everyone thought I was so quiet and shy. Second, that I make it a priority to intentionally learn from the people, culture, and environment I am in rather than just focus on myself and my view of things. Third, that I can be the grounding presence and optimistic goofball in even the most challenging and stressful moments.

What role does community play in your adventurous pursuits?

Adventure community is one of the first places I really felt I belonged and could be myself instead of having to fit in. That feeling changed my view of community and connection so much, that I became the connector and now hold Anti-Retreats to help others experience the same magical feeling of belonging.

How do you incorporate mindfulness or reflection into your adventures?

Somatic Movement, Breathwork, Refusing to rush, Barefoot grounding, journaling, incorporating local cultural experiences.

How do you navigate setbacks or challenges during your adventures?

Knowing that everything that happens, happens for me not to me. I have control over if I choose to grow or get stuck in the difficulty. My favorite questions is to ask myself is “What could I do in this moment to make this AWESOME right now?” A little somatic stress release or EFT tapping is also great for a rapid reframe and generating ideas for moving forward.

What role does solo adventuring play in your life?

Expansion and Connection! Physically, mentally, spiritually, culturally.

What role does nature play in your life?

Nature is my church, where I feel most grounded but also the most light and limitless.

What sparked your love for adventure?

I was always the girl who wanted to be outside and playing the sports, and was always very curious. I was also a very shy, quiet, perfectionist kid, and I think adventure really helped motivate me to grow outside my comfort zone and express myself even before I knew how to otherwise.
